A 10-week programme for adults who want to develop and deepen their existing practice in a critical, collaborative environment. You don’t need any formal qualifications, and we welcome degree-level, post-grad, professional, emerging, and anyone with a committed, creative practice in any medium. Each week we have a seminar around a theme or topic, which will be sent out in the week beforehand. All these are tailored towards challenging and developing your practice and have some practical exercises for you to work in during the week. We will also have a group crit each week in these sessions, looking at two people’s work for about 30 mins in depth. Everyone submits work (either installed in the space or digitally in advance) twice a term. Alongside these weekly sessions, there is also an half-hour long 1-1 tutorial each term. The course is priced per term and starts at several points throughout the year (Jan, March, June, September), but you must complete them chronologically (Terms 1-3). At the end of each term, we will have a public exhibition where you have the opportunity to show or sell your work.
